MY ALL-TIME FAVOURITE BERRY-SMOOTHIEBOWL

WHAT YOU NEED:
– 100 g frozen mango
– 100 g frozen berries
– 1 banana
– 2 dates
– 50g low-fat quark
– 10g Vanille Protein Powder (I use this)
– I also use 10g of this beautyextract
– a pinch of salt
+ toppings (nut butter (I like to use this, this and this), fruits (I like to use frozen mango, berries and /or kiwi and cacao nibs)
*get 10% off the nut butter by using „Celine10“
DU BRAUCHST:
– 100 g gefrorene Mango
– 100 gefrorene Berren
– 1 Banane
– 2 Datteln
– 50g Magerquark
– 10g Vanille Protein Powder (ich nehme dieses hier)
– außerdem nutze ich dieses beautyextract
– eine Prise Salz
+ Toppings (Nussmus (Ich liebe Blueberry Bash, Mandelmus und Cashewmus), Obst (meistens gefrorene Mango, Berren und / Ober Kiwi and Kakaonibs)
*mit „Celine1^0“ bekommt ihr 10% Rabatt auf das Nussmus
Blend the frozen ingredients with the dates, add quark, both powders and salt. Blend everything again and put it into your bowl.
Top it with Nutbutter, Fruits and cacao nibs and ENJOY!
